When starting the game on some devices you will get about 2 minutes of black screen, just wait 2 minutes or so and the game will start.
where is the installing icon
unzip the .zip file and you will see it. (read the instructions.txt file as well)
is this game needs a resumation download like the other games that you upload?
yes, like most games from gameloft, you need to download files that are for your device type. (Galaxy Tab needs different files then Galaxy S ans so on...)
most games don't don't.
